Cheetah's shivering instantly stopped as he felt the blanket draped over his shoulders. Glancing over at her he flashed her a small smile, mumbling a soft " thanks, " as they scooched closer so they could both fit under the blanket. Tilting his head at the sky a content look spread across his face, his eyes flickering curiously over the bright stars. Clearing his throat slightly he watched them for another moment before turning his attention fully back at her, a confident look on his face, " See how clear the sky is, how you can see all the stars? That means it'll be a nice day tommorow, it won't rain or anything. " He told her softly, all his life he had picked up random bits of nature knowladge, such as that one.
To most people small facts like that wouldn't matter or concern them much, but Cheetah took a real intrest in how the world worked alongside with nature. To him, it was cool. Feeling her rest her head on his chest he instantly snapped out of thinking, the wide smile spreading across his face as he adjusted himself a bit closer to her so it was more comfortable. Cheetah still couldn't get over how awesome everything had worked out. When he had first saw her face after uttering his stupid line he had been sure he was done for, that she would refuse to talk to him, or forgive him for his actions, but he had never expected this.
Thinking back he licked his lips, maybe it was fate, or something like that that had kept on bringing him back. Pausing in midthought he unconsiously rubbed the back of her hand with his thumb, as much as he didn't want to admit this.. it had been Sam's doing, to bring him here. If he hadn't he might have never ran into her again, or probably during a bad situation when things would had never worked out.
Shrugging at her next comment he flashed her a grin, nudging her playfully " You're just overthinking, it's fine " he told her with a small snicker. Glancing over her he hesistated before stealing a quick kiss, his face flushing slightly before glancing over her shoulder, squinting as he saw someone take a picture of them? Wrinkling his nose he shrugged it off, nah, that couldn't be.
Cheetah listened to her for another moment, feeling the farmiliar goosebumps shoot up his spine, she loved him. Wow. " I don't care what you say, but you are perfect. " He told her softly, knowing she'd probably retort it before he leaned forwards, resting his forehead against hers.

Allie pondered his comment for a moment. If it was going to be a good day, that meant she could drive. Her uncle had gone all crazy on her and checked the weather every day to make sure it wasn’t raining. He found that Allie wasn’t the best driver. She hadn’t been in a wreck or anything like that, but she wasn’t the least bit cautious when it came to driving. She would probably be a better driver if she had her friends in the car or something like that, or if she wasn’t excited as hell to get to Stewart. She drove all the way from Miami so she could have her car there. Her uncle insisted on following her. “If it’s going to be a nice day, then we can leave campus. Because guess who got her license?” She smirked. “I’m still wondering if that’s a good thing or not.” Allie said with a chuckle, insulting her own driving.
She found his random little facts cute. He was so much smarter compared to her. She only got good grades because she had to work extra hard at it. Plus, she didn’t want to lose her car. Anything below a B, and her uncle would fly down and drive the car back, which in her opinion would suck. Allie remembered the first time she got behind the wheel. She had pressed the gas too hard and she went flying. She grinned, the remembrance of her failure creeping up on her.
It always kept her wondering. Why did she keep going back to him? After everything he had put her through, that smile and the way he could make her feel made it all worthwhile. After all the pain and suffering, his presence brought her back to reality. She felt complete with her hand in his, interlocked. He was so soothing. She didn’t have to fake in front of him.
”But still, you should tell me. ‘Cause it’s annoying to me.” Allie was cut off when his lips met hers. She grinned when he broke away, but followed his eyes behind her. She shook it off, looking back up at him. Allie hadn’t even noticed how dark it was getting and how people were leaving. She didn’t necessarily care. She was with Cheetah, and that was all that mattered. She’d stay there all night if she had to.
Allie snorted at him saying she was perfect. “No, Cheetah, I’m afraid you’re perfect. I’m just some lame old girl that you keep coming back to for some reason or another. I’m not even sure why you do, but I’m glad.” [/blockquote]

Cheetah looked curiously over at her, as weird as it was, he liked watching her talk. She didn't seem to talk much with her hands, mainly relying on her facial expressions to help the other conversationer to know her feelings on the subject. And it didn't take much of a genius at that, just by watching her at the moment he could tell that once she took on one side, she strongly added to the cause. Ruffling his hair he grinned up at her, his jaw dropping slightly as he raised his eye brocks in a mock shock gesture. " You, driving ? " He questioned, letting out a faint laugh as he shook his head.
He now eyed her questioningly, as if examing her potential to drive. Could she ? Suprisingly, he didn't doubt it- and to him it was kind of cool, despite the enviormental problems it caused, it was a semi- necessary skill to have in this day and age. Shrugging he looked up at her, snorting as she went furthur to insult herself. Digging his feet under the sand he let the coolness chill them, but it felt nice. " Nah, I'm sure you're alright. At least better than I could ever drive. "
Flashing her a faint smile he tilted his head back to inhale a small breeze whipping by, it was deffinatley getting late, not that he minded. Being here right now was just perfect to him. Hearing footsteps in the sand his eyes flickered briefly over to figures scurrying away but didn't let it concern him. Why would anyone have been taking pictures of them, anyways? It wasn't like either of them were famous. Glancing back over her he rolled his eyes, nudging her lightly. " Okay, I'll tell you next time. " He told her in a deadpan tone, shaking his head slightly as he leaned over to fix the blanket that had slipped off her shoulder, " Me, no, you've got it messed up. "
" Actually I take that back, maybe we're both so.. " Cheetah hesistated, licking his lips, " Imperfect, that by being together we turn into something so flawless ? " He flashed her a faint grin, shaking some sandy hair out of his eyes, " You're about as lame as I am.. slow, and for the record, " Cheetah continued, a half amused look on his face at her lack of confidence in this particular area, why didn't she understand how amazing she was ? " I wouldn't come back for anyone else but you, even though I never really thought of my reasons for coming and going."

Allie grinned, remembering her first day behind the wheel. It was in her uncle’s old beat up pick up truck. Now obviously, Allie didn’t know how to drive a stick yet, but her uncle insisted that she learn to. She remembered getting behind the wheel, putting her hands on it and pressing the gas like her car, but instead, she pressed too hard on the old truck and went flying down the dirty muddy road, slipping everywhere. The car was dirtier than hell by the time she had learned how to drive the horrid truck. It was only a few weeks later she learned her uncle had bought her a nice Dodge Neon, something fairly small and easy to drive. “Yes, me driving.” She said with a chuckle.
”In fact, I failed the written test like five times before they would give me my license.” Allie winced, then corrected herself. “But don’t let that mislead you, I’ve learned my lesson.” She replied with a laugh, stretching her legs out in front of her. She shrugged when he said she drove better than he ever could. “I could teach you before you have to go to driver’s ed! Except, I’d probably get frustrated, because I have no patience and you have to have patience to teach somebody to drive. Believe me, I tried to teach Scott and I wound up shoving him out of the car and driving off. So maybe I shouldn’t teach you. There I go rambling again.” Allie critiqued herself, shaking her head and giving a nervous laugh.
She beamed. He made her feel like she was on top of the world and nobody could knock her off. Allie turned her head to face him. When he put the blanket back up over her, she grinned up at him. “Good, because if you left me for some skank, I’d probably never talk to you again.” She exaggerated, letting out a soft laugh. It was then that she remembered that she had Fall Ball coming up. Which meant a dress, which meant also having a date. Allie followed his gaze to the people behind them, raising a brow. "What the hell...?"
Her eyes darted to the water for a second, before she glanced back up at him. “So, are you willing to take me to Fall Ball?” Allie asked with a sheepish grin. “It’ll be fun, I promise.” [/blockquote]
